About Us

International Facilities Group has announced the opening of the House of Hope, a multi-purpose entertainment complex. A brainchild  of State Senator Reverend James T. Meeks, Senior Pastor of the Salem Baptist Church of Chicago. The 10,000 seat venue's mission is to showcase itself as the premier family entertainment arena in the Chicagoland and northern Indiana area.

In discussing his vision for the facility, Reverend Meeks stated, "the vision for building the House of Hope comes from the fact that this community is economically depressed and depraved. Other than the Historic Pullman Building, there was actually no building in this community that would ever attract people to this community. So, we needed the building for worship, but rather than building the traditional facility with stained glass windows, and a steeple, we also wanted to build something that could be used throughout the week, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - and it would be wonderful for there to be enough activities for this building to be open all week for wholesome family events."

IFG completed construction of the 203,000 square foot, three-level facility ahead of schedule and under budget. It is situated on 23 acres in the heart of Roseland, near the Historic Pullman District on Chicago's south side. The House of Hope is owned by the Pullman Association and operated by IFG.

Concert Capable sound and lighting systems allow promoters a cost-effective means of providing a wide variety of shows attracting top talent from around the world. Events will include concerts, sporting events at every level of competition, conventions and trade shows, graduations, corporate meetings, and religious gatherings, to name a few. The House of Hope currently hosts and broadcasts Salem Baptist Church's Wednesday Bible Study and Sunday Worship Services, serving its 17,000 member congregation. IFG is currently looking at food and beverage options.

The House of Hope is conveniently located at the 115th Street exit of the Bishop Ford Expressway (I94) at 752 E. 114th Street, Chicago, IL 60628. The main office can be reached at 773.568.8350 (phone), 773.568.8395 (fax).
