Arena Guest Services Booth
Guest Services Booth is staffed and available to answer any questions you may have about the facility, upcoming events, services that are available and much more. The Guest Services Booth located at the Gate 2 entrance across from section 101, is functional Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm to answer any questions. During an event the Guest Services Booth is located in the main lobby across from the Gate 4 entrance.

Alcoholic Beverages
No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into House of Hope. Concession stands located throughout the arena will sell various types of non-alcoholic beverages.

Animals
Animals are not allowed in the arena, except for animals for guests with disabilities, unless specified by management.

Banners and Signs
Banners may not be carried during play of games or performances due to sightline restrictions. Signs may not be placed on railings or walls. Poles to display banners or flags are not permitted.

Cameras
Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producer determines this policy. Some sporting events permit still cameras without flash, but not recording devices. Concerts typically do not permit any cameras or recording devices (audio or video). Guests should contact House of Hope Guest Services to find out the policy prior to the event.

Children's Entry
Children over the age of 2 or taller that 36” are required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. As this policy may differ by event, please call House of Hope in advance to confirm.

Climate Control
The HVAC system is designed to provide year-round comfort. Temperature in House of Hope’s seating area is kept at a pleasant 70 degrees.

Community Service
The House of Hope is committed to being a "good neighbor" and corporate citizen. Millions of dollars have been raised by the Salem Baptist Church and donated to a variety of worthy causes over the years. For more information please contact Salem Baptist Church at

Concessions
There are currently no concessions, but will be in the future.


Containers
We ask that all guests remember that no outside food or beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into House of Hope, with the exception of bottled water.

Diaper Changing Stations
Diaper Changing Stations are located in all men’s, women’s and family restrooms.

Disabled Facilities
House of Hope is designed to 100% ADA compliance. It offers up to 88 conveniently located disabled parking spaces with van accessible spaces included. All seating configurations include disabled seating spaces equal to 1% of capacity. Wheelchair access is provided at restrooms, drinking fountains, and concession/merchandise stands.

Disabled Guests Services
Disabled parking is located on the east side of the building, lot G of House of Hope, accessible via Corliss Street from the 111th or 115th Street entrances, there are also additional spaces located in all other lots. A state issued disabled license plate or placard must be presented to enter this reserved section. Wheelchair seating is located on each level. All levels are accessed by the elevators located in the corners of House of Hope. Electric wheelchair charging service is available through Guest Services.

Guests who are hearing impaired may obtain hearing assistance devices at any Guest Services Booth. Sign language interpreters are available by calling the Ticket Office at least 72-hours in advance of event.

Elevators
There are two public elevators located at the main entrance of the building at Gate 4. Guests with disabilities or guests who need special assistance, may use these elevators.

Emergency Calls
All ticket holders should record their section, row and seat numbers at home and at the office. It is important for babysitters and family members to have this information and call Guest Services should a family emergency arise. Messengers may only locate those individuals if given specific seat information.

Emergency Vehicle Service
House of Hope management will provide on-call emergency services to guests parking on the House of Hope site. If an emergency should arise please approach a parking attendant or go to the Guest Services Booth for assistance.

Family Rooms
Family washrooms are located in the northeast and southwest corners of both the lower and upper concourse levels as well as on both suite levels.

Fan Conduct
House of Hope intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, the arena management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by a few unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for expected guest conduct:
bulletGuests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on arena property.
bulletGuests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the arena.
bulletGuests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the arena.
bulletGuests interfering with the progress of the event or going onto the playing surface or stage will be ejected from the arena and arrested.

To enforce these policies, House of Hope event security will be located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or cannot comply with these rules will not be welcome at House of Hope.

First Aid
First Aid facilities are located on the lower level across from section 102. Paramedics are also available throughout the arena and will respond immediately when assistance is needed.

The arena gates normally open 1 to 1 1/2 hours prior to event time. To verify opening time, please call Guest Services

Guest Services
The main Guest Services Booth in House of Hope to answer any questions during the time of an event is located in the main lobby at the gate 4 entrance.  Any other time a representative can be reached at 773.568.8350.

Inspection Policy
All guests are subject to visual inspection of person, parcels, bags, containers and clothing capable of carrying prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspection and if so, arena management may refuse entry.

Item Check
Large, bulky items such as strollers and briefcases may be checked at the Guest Services Booth located on the lower level concourse by Gate 4.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found items that are lost may be retrieved at the Guest Services Booth across from the Gate 4 entrance the day it is lost. Any time after that please call our main line 773.568.8350

Lost Parents/Found Children
Children looking for lost parents will be escorted by House of Hope staff members to the Guest Services Booth across from the Gate 4 entrance.

Mail
Mail for Salem Baptist Church should be sent to their attention at 10909 S. Cottage Grove Avenue, Chicago, IL 60628.

Lot B= HOH North Lot

Lot C= Sherwin/Williams, This lot is used after business hours
Lot D= Ryerson/Tull , This is the primary overflow lot and is available 24 hours
Lot E= Pullman Bank, This lot is used after business hours
Lot F= HOH West Lot

Police
City of Chicago Police Officers are located outside and inside the arena. Additionally, uniformed officers are stationed throughout the arena to render assistance when needed.

Production Facts

Scoreboard
The Scoreboard centerpiece of the arena will feature a large, circular display measuring 27 feet high by 28 feet wide comprised of 21 full-color displays. This is where fans will view video replays and live action shots in 4.3 trillion shades of color. The centerpiece will present game-in-progress information, team and player statistics, out of town game scores, animation, graphics and sponsor messages and promotions. In addition to the scoreboard centerpiece, a ring of programmable lights will encircle the arena and surround visitors throughout the facility. The largest display will be mounted on the lower suite level fascia and measures approximately 3 feet by 750 feet in length. A second display, measuring approximately 3 feet by 195 feet will be installed on the upper level fascia at one end of the arena with additional scoring and advertising displays installed at the other end.

Seating
The primary seating areas at House of Hope are the lower and upper level seating bowls.

Security/Crowd Management
House of Hope security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for the facilities, guests and performers. Our electronic security system features indoor/outdoor closed circuit cameras/monitors, electric door alarms, maximum lighting and a security post with 24-hour coverage.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in House of Hope.

Soliciting
No loitering, trespassing, soliciting/peddling, resale of tickets, merchandise or apparel is allowed on arena property. Any exception to this policy must be approved, in advance, by House of Hope and the City of Chicago.

Sound System
A concert capable sound system offers the best in live and recorded music, and enhanced acoustics that capture all the excitement and noise of the arena.

Telephones
There are no public telephones in the facility. Please ask any House of Hope staff member for assistance.

Television Monitors
There are 19 television monitors throughout the building in various rooms, dressing rooms and backstage ensuring that guests never miss a moment, even when leaving their seat.

Ticket Information
The Ticket Office is located on the northeast corner of the arena in between Gates 2 and 3. Tickets may be purchased with Cash, MasterCard, or Visa.

Translators
Translators for a variety of languages are available during our events at the Guest Services Booths. Sign language interpreters for most events may be arranged at least 72 hours prior to the event, by calling the Ticket Office at 773.568.8350.

Tours
Public Tours of House of Hope are available by reservation only. House of Hope is currently taking reservations for tours, please call the Guest Services Department to make a reservation.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchair escorts are provided through Guest Services. Please ask any House of Hope staff member for assistance

Will Call Window
Will Call Window is located just inside of Gate 2, the northeast entrance of House of Hope. Will Call Window opens ninety (90) minutes before all ticketed events.
